Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production Time
All of our products are made to order specifically for you! Because of this, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be printed, processed, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times will depend on your location:

Standard US Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping: 10–30 business days
Please note: Total delivery time is the production time PLUS the shipping time. For example, a US order will typically arrive in 4 to 12 business days from the date you place your order.
Multiple Shipments
We partner with several specialized print providers to offer you the best products. If your order contains different types of items (for example, a t-shirt and a mug), they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package once it ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.
